Achivement "Complete the evolution" Seems to be bugged
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Achivement "Complete the evolution" where "in public matches, injure or down 3 Survivors who are Hindered." is bugged and will not incriment. I read in the past that it used to be a singlarity exclusive achivement but even after attempting to do so on Singularity ive not mad any progress
I do have the achivement "Smoked" for clown, which required me to get 100 downs with purple bottle so ive definately downed at least 100 hindered people to no luck
Ive seen this reported by several people in the past but having their ticket closed for not following the format or that they submitted their report for console versions, so just wanted to make sure this was submitted for pc, ive been working quite hard to get all achivements, (Currently 211 / 279 ) and this is quite frustating

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Hindered People with a clown bottle and downed them (No achivement) Hindered people with Forced Hesitation the Singularity perk while going for his adept achivement. (No Achivement)
