GAME LAG EVERY 30ish SECONDS
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Consistently, I have been getting this lag that can last either .5 seconds or 3 seconds, it happens during chases or important things like skill checks and it genuinely has made the game very unplayable for me. I have done absolutely everything I can to find the root of this issue, fixing settings, fixing my polling rate, vsync settings, disabled mouse smoothing in the game files, I have also changed settings in AMD. In the video I've submitted it happens twice.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Load into the game and the lag happens consistently every 30 seconds or so, theres nothing triggering it specifically, it is consistent.
