Lag spike every 30 seconds

SO my bug report got declined by the admins because according to them its a technical issue even though I've done everything technical to fix it, but here we go.

Since this last update I have been experiencing a really bad lag spike about every 30 seconds or so that is making the game very unplayable for me. I have done everything to try and fix it, including but not limited to, updating my drivers, updating my os, changing vsync settings, changing my mouse polling rate to 125, changed fps, changed game quality, changed game settings in my AMD and more that I cant remember at the moment. This happens in the menu screen, in the initial game loading screen, and especially in game. It messes me up in chase, it messes up my skill checks, and overall it is extremely frustrating.

The clip link that i will attach is a game I played about 30 minutes ago, the clip shows the lag happening twice, and no it is not my internet because my ping is fine and I do not experience this is any other game. Please help, because I got left high and dry in the bug reporting section.

    I'm still having the exact same issue. I never had this issue before twd update. I don't have problems playing any other game online, and I've never had this issue in dbd before twd update. It really makes the game unplayable.
