The twins switching issues

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When playing the twins and using their power, the screen could either go black or be stuck in victor idle without being able to go back to Charlotte.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: The bug occurred when Victor was already brought out and i was on Charlotte, when i switched to Victor again my screen turned black and it didnt give me any option to switch nor did it let survivors to kick you. Then i tried playing again and this time i could see, but i was stuck on Victor's idle animation which didnt let me do anything nor let survivors kick u.
