New Licensed Killer Idea (BNHA)
I'm kind of a BNHA fan (Please don't group me in with the wierdos) and I was thinking about how, if Shigaraki was a playable killer, he would maybe work. I've never made a kit before so if it looks OP that might be why.
The Vessel: Tomura Shigaraki
'The Vessel will destroy this wretched world with his own hands. Slow down the Survivor progress and punish altruistic behaviour. The Vessel's personal Perks are Death and Decay, Symbol of Fear and Jealous Fit.'
Main Skill: Catastrophe
"A ability to spread fear and destruction. Allows the User to unleash powerful decay waves."
Special Ability: Vacuum Collapse
Press the Power button to unleash a deadly decay wave, which stays for 20 seconds (less a wave more of a line like in One's justice 2 or think of Pyramid Heads punishment of the damned.). If held The Vessel will run into the facing direction for 10 meters, it can be used 2 times before The Vessel becomes Fatigued for 3 seconds. When a Survivor is hit with Vacuum Collapse they gain the Decay debuff for 30 seconds.
Decay:
Survivors suffering the Decay effect leave a trail of dust making them easier to track and gain a 3% speed penalty. When not healing or being healed, survivors lose 10% healing progress every 5 seconds.
Perk: Death and Decay
You find enjoyment in crushing your oppenents hopes.
Break and Damage actions are completed 20% faster. Damaged Generators regress at 60%/70%/80%.

Perk: Symbol of Fear
Your constand need for destruction and feelings of resentment have garnered the entity's interest.
If injuring a Survivor by any means, they gain the Broken effect for 40/45/50 seconds.
If a Survivor effected with decay enters the dying state, the entity will block the generator with the most progress, any survivors currently working on the generator will scream revealing their location.

Perk: Jealous Fit
Seeing others help one another when no one helped you, just makes your blood boil.
Whenever a Survivor is unhooked following effect activates.
You gain 5%/10%/15% Haste and Killer Instinct on the altruistic Survivor for 90 seconds or until they enter the dying state.
After Killer Instinct ends you receive a 5%/10%/10% Speed penalty for 15 seconds.

Add-ons
All for One DNA (Iridescend)
A vial containing DNA from a very powerful and cunning man.
Unlock the ability to increase Adaptation Rate. Adaptation Rate is increased by the amount of health states lost by survivors. Lose the ability to use Vacuum Collapse
Adaptation Rate:
Level 1: Increases your Terror Radius by 5 Meters. Gain the ability to use Vacuum Collapse with limited 5 meter range. The Survivors will hear a global scratching sound.
Level 2: Gains decay abilities and increase your terror radius by 5 meters. Vacuum Collapse breaks Palettes and breakable Walls.
Level 3: See all survivors aura for 20 seconds. Gain the ability to Mori any injured Survivor. After Mori it automatically resets back to Level 2.

Hands of the Family (Iridescend)
The remains of the Shimura family, given to Tomura by his master.
After a breaking Action, gain 5% Haste for 15 seconds and decreases your terror radius by 10 meters for 20 seconds.
Also, after hooking a survivor, gain Undetectable for 20 seconds.

Toga's Knife (Very Rare)
A high school girl's favourite knife.
Increases duration of killer instinct by 15 seconds.
Mr. Compress's Mask (Very Rare)
A showman never reveals his true face.
Increases the amount of time auras are visibile to you by 5 seconds.
Kurogiri's Tie (Very Rare)
Once worn by a worthy protector.
After using Vacuum Collapse, gain 2% Haste for 15 seconds.
Dabi's Coatpiece (Very Rare)
It's burning with the desire for revenge.
After hitting a Survivor with a normal attack, applies Mangeled debuff for 50 seconds.
Twice's Tape Measurer (Rare)
Frequent use has made the locking mechanism a little lose.
Increases the range of Vacuum Collapse by 4% but increases its cooldown by 10 seconds.
Pet's Collar (Rare)
Once belonged to a beloved dog. It's stained with blood.
Decreases cooldown of Vacuum Collapse by 10 seconds.
Hero's Cape (Rare)
It feels floaty.
Increases vault speed by 3%.
Kai's Plague Mask (Rare)
Dirt and grime sullied the color of it.
Increases the duration of Decay by 5 seconds.
Spinner's Headband (Common)
There are shed scales all over it.
Unlocks the ability to see the landing zone of Vacuum Collapse.
Daika City Report (Common)
A report from the Paranormal Liberation Front's Lieutenants.
Grants +100% bonus Bloodpoints for hits with Vacuum Collapse.
Reduces the duration of the Decay effect by 100%.
Torn Poster (Common)
His taunting, smiling face is torn to shreds.
Reduces the Fatigue applied by the second missed Vacuum Collapse by 0.5 seconds.
