Perks unequipped every launch

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: every time i launch the game, my Michonne has her perks, items, and addons unequipped as if I just bought her. same with new cosmetics i got for yun-jin lee, my old cosmetics are equipped on launch and not the new ones i have been repeatedly equipping.

PLATFORM: PC / Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: launch game. check michonne. no perks equipped. check yun-jin lee. old cosmetics equipped

    Could you please attach the logs?

    To find them:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
    2. In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    3. Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    4. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file

    i attached the current log and one of the most recent backups, as the most recent backups say they have larger file sizes.

    it also didn't happen on launch today thankfully, maybe it was server issues that now resolved? i know it was happening nonstop when the dlc came out and the servers were overwhelmed - and then bc it happened again yesterday i reported it bc the servers were acting fine otherwise
