Freddy can explode dream pallets after they have been dropped.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
After a survivor drops a dream pallet, using Freddy's power to place a new dream pallet does not place the pallet, but instead explodes the previously dropped pallet inflicting damage to sleeping survivors (or advancing sleep for non-sleeping survivors).
Bug is reproducible on spots where real (non-dream) pallets did not naturally spawn. Dream pallets spawned on broken natural pallets appear to work normally.
Does not seem to be a ping issue. Ping is consistently 50 ms on both accounts used for testing.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED:
- Freddy spawns Dream Pallet. Must be in a spot where a normal pallet did not spawn.
- Survivor drops pallet.
- Freddy uses power to spawn a new pallet.
- New pallet does not spawn. Previously dropped pallet explodes inflicting damage to survivors.
