Friendly competition rework idea

When working with someone else on a generator, you and survivors working on the same gen gain "Friendly Competition stacks".

The charge rate is 1% of a generator = 1% of activation of the perk. (Max = 100%)

Friendly competition needs at least 1% charge to be used.

Starting repairing a generator when you have stacks activate this perk and starts slowly using them at a rate of 1 per second.

When using charges, your repair speed is increased by your amount of stack (in %) / 10.

So max speed would be 10% faster and minimum 0.1% (numbers can be tweaked)

Lose Friendly activation stacks 25% slower when working with someone else. That person also loses stacks slower when working with you.

You cannot gain stacks when actively using them
