No Pinhead?

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I bought Pinhead with auric cells when i could, and I just realized that i dont have him playable. I wasnt refunded either, so i think this is a bug.

PLATFORM: Xbox Series S

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Buy pinhead with auric cells. Pinhead gets removed for players that dont have him. Removed for me too.

VIDEO: I dont have a video, but i can make one if you need it, its just going to be of me scrolling through my killer list though.
