Player Unhealable While In Downed State

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: Steam

Unfortunately I don't have any instructions on how to replicate the issue. Happened against billy on coldwind barn map, nea was completely unhealable other than the occasional quarter of a second after finding the exact right pixel to stare at and then it would kick you off. She was slugged and bled out because we couldn't heal her and presumably the kiler couldn't pick her up either. I tried throughout the match to heal her and was completely unable for the entirety of her downed timer. I believe both of my teammates also tried and were unable. I was curious if it was an issue of ping, as I have seen de-synced survivors where their hitbox does not match their player model and you have to heal them from 2-3 feet away. I don't believe this was the issue but I made sure to walk the area around just incase as well as where I had originally seen her go down.

    I would go out and say that she most likely was holding shift while you tried to go heal her. You can't heal another survivor if they press the run key even if they are downed. Like in the end she let you heal her just on the edge and then pressed shift to stop you from healing so she bledout.
