Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

What comic book characters would fit in DBD

I’m definitely not the only one who’s curious about this, but I definitely feel like there are some choices that would make perfect sense for this game. In my personal opinion, I would love to have some one Bane from Batman or Violator from Spawn as killers for the game, and even on the survivor end of things I’d love to see someone like John Constantine or Hank Pym. There are so many options that can work in this game to the point where I’m genuinely curious on what the Devs themselves would think.

Constantine would be great, but you'd have to be careful what version. Modern DC Constantine is probably a bit too high-powered, but the older Vertigo Constantine would be just the right level of savvy and prepared to have an edge without being too strong.
He'd probably have an Invocation, which is unfortunate for strength but great for theming, lol.

Best bet is gonna be horror comics over the usual cape fare I feel - hell, TWD started as a comic - but some stuff from more mainstream areas could work. I've often considered Scarecrow an interesting pick for a killer, I feel he'd fit well enough.
Plus, it'd never happen, but man, Harper Row as a survivor would be so cool.

I made a post about how Jackie Estacado from The Darkness could fit. If you have ever played both of the games you know they go over the top with the brutal deaths, especially the second game plus he would have cool skins from both his comic version and hopefully the game version

If the Entity can depower Alucard, it can handle Constantine. But I agree he is probably the first and foremost best comic book character we could have as a survivor.

As for killer… honestly, I would pick Scarecrow from the Batman comics. Though considering popularity power is a thing, if BHVR got any character from DC, they'd probably get The Joker.

I partially agree because on one hand yes Constantine is very powerful, but on the other hand, the mark of nullification being introduced in the D&D chapter probably makes it possible to have the current version. but in all honesty, I can go with either one.

I want conquest from invincible or homelander personally. They both have very saturated tones IG but they both have the temperament to be scary.

As long as it's a horror comic, I wouldn't mind.
