The Tyrant
A sort of Nemisis/Deathslinger hybrid. Similar design to singularity but with human parts and frame.
The Tyrant : Dr. (Bill) Bradford. I have a rough idea for lore, not for getting into the realm however.

Ability : ZN-3-Y/ Infectious Spear (15 sec cooldown)
A hand spear gun that you need to aim down sights before firing. Deals deep wound on first shot (60 sec timer), hitting a deep wounded survivor injures them. Around the map there are 4-6 "Vaccine synthesis Machines", Survivors can start the synthesis (45 seconds) before getting a carriable vaccine that they can use on themselves or other survivors. No Ideas for add-ons currently
The Tyrant can visit The vaccine machines as well, making their next shot infect the survivor with "J-Maul Virus"(their icon, model, and corners of screen will turn yellow). Any survivor with the infection has a 15% or 20% penalty to actions (Healing, cleansing, and repairing)
1st Perk : Scourge Hook : Unfounded Revenge
When ever a survivor is hooked on a scourge hook. Any survivor working on the generator with the most progress is met with a difficult skill check. Failing the skill check grants no progress, but failing will cause the generator to lose 5%/7%/10% for every missed skill check. (if too broken, there could be mechanic where if the scourge hook is sabotaged, Its broken permanently. Im kinda stupid)

2nd Perk : Hex : Salvation
After injuring a survivor with a basic attack. And any other survivor ( not the survivor hit} within 24/28/32 meters auras are revealed for 4/6/8 seconds
The totems aura is visible from 12/10/8

3rd Perk : Brutality
After gaining bloodlust, You gain a 5%/7%/10% increase when vaulting or breaking pallets. Stack up to 15%/21%/30% at max bloodlust.
