Fog vial visual issue

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: survivor not holding fog vial correctly when picked up from chest
PLATFORM: Xbox series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: unlock a chest in a game. Pick up a fog vial. Survivors hand is open and outstretched and fog vial is clipping through the side. I encountered this twice with two different fog vials on two different maps, both while using Jonah Vasquez. I tried to attach a video but I’m not sure it worked. Thank you!
