Knight permanent hindered status

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The knight gets the hindered status permanently when he is summoning one of the wards and it hits a gas trap.
PLATFORM: PC, Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was chasing a survivor on Nostromo Wreckage and the survivor entered the building on the middle of the map, i summoned a ward to corner the survivor but the ward hit one of the gas traps that caused hindered and the effect stayed permanently on me the whole game.
