How many matches have you played? How many kills on average per match? Which killer(s) are you using? I’ve played about 5-6 killer matches, most as Wraith, and haven’t had any problem getting a lot of kills. I think killers have a very good chance to win in this mode based on my experience so far. I don’t think there would still be huge wait times for killer if everyone was getting gen rushed in 5 minutes.

I wouldn't mind losing my killer matches if the queue time to play killer wasn't half an hour long, my main issue is the time waiting and the time being in a match.

They added a new feature - play while you wait, it puts you in priority, and besides, you can also farm BP at x5, then use them for your killer's addons or for surv's items, a win-win situation
My friend and I played 3-4 games for survivors, basically our win rate was 60-70% and it was the same on killers, in most games either no one escaped, or 1-2 got hatch
Against 8 survivors SWF - yes, everything is as usual, 2 hooks - half of the map is already repaired
Survivors in this mode are mostly very casual and fearful, we have managed to pull the situation out of the triangle/quadron more than once, 1 runs and catches - the second patrols the generators and they all die on the last generator
The situation is the same with random killers, if a person plays for killers for some time, then he has an idea of how to change the game tactics over time based on the developing situation4 -
I win most of my killer matches.
The queue times are indeed an issue. Last iteration it was around 10 to 15 minutes and last night I got to 30.
I think it's a mix of the new players FNAF brought + the Play While You Queue feature. People who only played surv before are playing killer too now.

You get put into a priority queue to be Killer if you play Survivor? So they can make queue times faster they just don't want to? Why not have a Prefer Killer or Prefer Survivor queues then?

Yes... Yesss killer is definitely unfun and impossible to when. To all my fellow killers please just stay in the survivor que, where i can Kil.. err um. I mean where you can have lots of fun escape! And blood points!

Playing 3-4 games for survivors you give 6-8 people who want to play for killers, to find a game faster, then everything changes, for your efforts you are given priority for 1 game for killers
They can't make the waiting time shorter for killers, because Mandy herself recently said that the problem of the mode is the lack of survivors, and the new function partially solves this problem
If you only want to play for the killers, without touching the survivors, then your waiting time is completely justified, you do not help the que time, because you do not play for the survivors, and other people who are also standing in lobby for the killers1 -
play while you wait, it puts you in priorityMaybe I missed something, but does play while you wait actually give 'priority'? I thought it just 'held your place', but it doesn't get you to a match any faster, it just gives you something else to do.
Prefer Survivor queuesThe only way they can make my survivor queues faster is if they just skip the loading screen when I launch DbD and put me right into a match.

I don't agree with Mandy's statement and view of how the feature "PLAY WHILE YOU WAIT" partially resolve the problem for Killer queue time and Survivor players are low. There are more Survivor mains, than there are Killer mains and that is a proven fact.
Besides, the community itself made that clear of how this is a "Survivor sided game" Matthew made that reason clear to Otdzarva's response as well.
Additionally, lack of players does not really cut it because why not have Killers do a custom match while waiting for a queue? So, much thought could have been put into this for Killers to freshen up.

I like the idea of a custom 2v8 match while you wait. Be able to play the mode with a friend against bots while waiting for a real game.
My main complaint about the "Play while you wait" and the reasoning behind it is I don't want to play survivor. Survivor is kinda boring and 2v8 increases that a little because now you have even more solo que team mates to let you down.2 -

Queque times got clearly much longer because play while you wait feature. Last iteration had 10-15 minutes queque times and that's basically the only new thing added.
Most players probably played survivor before when you could only wait in killer queque but now you can play survivor while you wait killer match. So that encourages way more people to play in killer queque.
When you only need 2 players to play killer and 8 players to survivor. That 2 killer players only fill 25% of needed players for survivor side in priority queque and if everyone plays in killer queque everyone would need to play 4 matches of survivor before they can play killer match. Currently it's about 2 matches so still half of the players play exclusively survivo side.
Overall priority queque is still good for most players who enjoy playing both sided. Still I think devs should try to get that down to 10-15 minutes when one survivor game would be enough. I hope they add items and herbs back for 2vs8. Maybe some new mechanic.
