Do you guys think if Kaneki had a less consistent first free hit he would be more fun to go against

What i mean is, instead of kaneki being able to injure people so freely every time what if he was only able to mark people when not enraged. This would make him get less irritating to go against. obviously he should get some buffs in return like tendril length buff or smth.

Also kidnap "tech" shouldn't be a thing.(still confused if they are changing it or not)

    Honestly, I think removing kidnap tech would be a good start.

    We could also make his M2 attack to not do damage - just put him in enraged mode. To make up for a change maybe increase time of enraged mode.

    Main issue right now is difficulty of playing against Kaneki and playing as Kaneki. I think it should be always equal or more difficult to play as a killer than against.

    Hit-scan screen-wide aim-assist free hit shouldn't ever exist in a game like this, let alone one that closes miles of distance in a way only Blight can.

    I hope BHVR does not try to do a super complicated solution here. Here is what I would do:

    1. Remove the Kidnap tech and speed reduction on Survivor when vaulting.
    2. Observe how the Killrates behave after then and collect feedback.
    3. Buff or further nerf as needed after that.
    4. Repeat 2 and 3.

    Much like how you clean a Kitchen it helps to remove all the trash first before you start cleaning it.

    But hey I'm not a videogame developer, although I have observed how sometimes how some updates try to remove stuff and add other stuff at the same time. Ofc nerf without compensation or you will get alot of rage, but players will never get a clearer picture of the Killer unless we remove the worst parts and see what can be done after.

    This is mainly to make players understand why changes happen.
