PTB: Killers/Survivors not unlocked if you purchased them with auric cells / iri shards
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
With the "new PTB flow" it's mentioned that the DLC licenses Killers/Survivors would be automatically unlocked for steam players, yet for me half the roster is locked (original and licensed Killers/survivors).
My guess is that the PTB only checks if you own the DLC and NOT if you purchased the Killer/survivor with auric cells / iri shards, since all the Killers/Survivors that are unlocked for me are the ones I bought the DLCs for.

this is not a bug, the note on the patch notes states the game only ports over the dlc you have physically bought on steam, but to compensate all perks are readily available. there are some issues with this, such as some people being unable to play cenobite despite owning him since they bought him with shards, but there isnt a bug.
