SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If you rebind your (PICK UP ITEM/INTERACTIONS) control on controller and are afflicted with the Artist's crows, you don't get the prompt to clear them and can only clear them via locker. Apparently this has been a bug for years now.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Rebind (PICK UP ITEM/INTERACTIONS) and get hit with the Artist's crows.
