Sadako's TV exit VFX is broken in first person

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When exiting a TV as Sadako, the screen goes significantly black with numerous random "bars" over it. The effect before was a vignette of an eye opening. This effect has been broken since The Walking Dead update.
PLATFORM: Steam/PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED:
1. Play Sadako
2. Teleport to any TV
3. VFX/animation is incorrect
