Last stand perk dose still not stun

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When you fully load the perk and then fast vault the killer should be stunned if he is close to the player but that dose still not happen.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. charge the perk
2. fast vault a window or pallet
3. no stun if the killer is close to you
