Please Don't Go Through With The Myers Rework
Not only does this rework turn Myers into yet another dash killer, which we already more than enough of for now (the term "dash-slop" has taken off in this community for a reason), this rework completely destroys his identity, both in a game play sense and in a lore accuracy sense. In almost all of the Halloween movies, Micheal Myers kill his victims by rushing down his victims, that's just not a thing he does. So all this rework would do is make him completely unrecognizable from the Micheal Myers from the Halloween Movies that has become a cultural icon, and alienate Myers players who enjoy his stealth based play style. so please don't go through with this rework.
If you're looking for a way to add some strength to Myers' power without ruining his identity, here's an idea:
keep the stalking system as it currently is on live servers, but add several jack o lanterns around the map that Myers can teleport to on a cooldown (potentially that cooldown could change with the different tiers of evil within, and possibly you could have the teleporting disabled during evil within 3), except as counter play, if a survivor has line of sight ( or is looking in the direction of it within a certain radius) Myers can't teleport to that jack o lantern, and if a survivor has line of sight to Myers (within a certain range) he can't teleport at all , also i had the idea of the jack o lanterns having their own small lullaby radius (at most 10 meters) that plays either the Myers house theme or Laurie's theme from the original 1978 movie (linked in case you need a refresher). this is meant to capture the parts of the first movie where Myers is stalking Laurie and the camera cuts away from him for a second, and then cuts back to where he was standing and he's just gone.
So please don't go through with the Myers rework ( also I'll link a video by pixelbush where he articulates a lot of these points better than I did)

When does Myers teleport to a Jack O'Lantern in the movies?

I understand why lots of people have suggested a teleport or stealthy speedup in Myers' kit, but personally I do not like the idea. From the Survivors' perspective it's film accurate but from the Killer's POV it is essentially confirming Myers has superpowers, which I dislike.
Also, personally I think the game needs to find a way to balance Killers who don't have traversal. Giving Killers a traversal tool kinda feels like kicking that can down the road, even if it undeniably will make them stronger.
I honestly don't think it would be that difficult to adjust the effects of 9.2's Tier 3 back to something like the old Tier 3. Old Tier 3's long lunge and instadown were never weak parts of Myers' kit.
