SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When installing a brand new part in a generator the fast track charges get used up but don't give any progress to the generator.
PLATFORM:
PlayStation 5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
When hitting the great skill check of installing a brand new part in any generator, while having charges for fast track, fast track activates and all charges get used but it doesn't give any additional progress.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
This bug has been reported here a long time ago but with lacking information so it didn't get fixed.
