Gen popping, killer grabbing, disconnection bug?

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Killer got stuck in carry animation after grabbing survivor off gen.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I was playing survivor (Lara Croft) on Father Campbell's Chapel against Trapper. While I was hooked, Trapper grabbed Daryl Dixon off of the gen (see video @ 0:06), but something glitched where Trapper was stuck in the grab animation for a couple seconds. Meanwhile, Daryl continued working on the gen and missed a skill check before Trapper pulled him off of it and headed to the hook (video @ 0:11). Daryl then appeared to be working on the generator while Trapper was standing at the hook holding an invisible survivor. (@ 0:15). We then witnessed Daryl finish the gen and glitch back and forth between the gen and Trapper's arm for the next 50 seconds until Daryl dc'ed from the game.
