SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: tried using tenacity but didn't work

PLATFORM: Xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: got downed it was auto recovering, tried moving and wasn't recovering while moving and noticed it didn't give recovery base speed boost

    Tenacity's been changed/reworked, and recovering while in the dying state is now automatic.
