SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: 3 Prestige perk shows as 1 lvl
PLATFORM: PC, Steam.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Every single perk from Dwight Fairfield shows correct value (3) but a perk called "Leader" shows wrong Value (1)
