Game not ending after taking hatch

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I let my team mate die so I could get hatch and he died, I took hatch and the game should have ended but did not.
VIDEO: There is a video of part of it from after I got hatch but I can't link it on this
