SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The skirt on Yui's new skin randomly bugged during a game. I had not changed any charms before this match and haven't previously experienced this issue using this toolbox, charms or perks.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Loaded into game against a ghoul on RPD, the skirt is randomly clipped into Yui's body and stayed that way for the rest of the game.
