BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BUG - Box infinite killer instinct

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When interrupted solving the box, or sometimes after survivors fully solve the box, the alert killer instinct like notification sometimes stays on the survivor until they are downed and hooked, allowing you to track them anywhere on the map
PLATFORM: PC - Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Interrupt a survivor solving the box, or have them stop solving halfway through (Doesn't work every time) or sometimes it just happens after they solve the box

Not sure what truly causes it, but it happened multiple times in the few games I played, and It wasn't happening reliably
