Can we bring old ranks back ?
I miss old ranks I felt like they worked better they kept the games way more refreshing ranks actually meant something
You actually had something to work for on rank reset except blood points
Sbmm kinda just kills games and makes them unfun idk if you have heard but the new cod game has made main queue casual matchmaking with no sbmm as players requested because every game felt like the same sweat fest and playing with casual players can be a chore when the sbmm is putting my casual friends with a sweaty killer just because I’m in the lobby

There were a lot of complaints about the way old Ranks worked back then, so I very much doubt we'd go back to that system. It was widely accepted that ranking up was not difficult and was purely a time investment, unlike the current version of the MMR, which has "win conditions" for want of a better term.

have you guys got any intent to make a casual and ranked queue which I know a lot of players have been asking for ?

There's no plans for that at the present time, we are looking to rework MMR which should help somewhat.

I do not believe the game has enough players to support a split 1v4 anyway.

Maybes not it’s a shame tho I’ve played this game since 2016 and have over 18k hours in it yes I know it’s gross but I can’t even get new friends into the game or play with my very casual friends without having to fight for my life and basically carry the game because it matches us with a p100 ghoul that is two tapping everyone but me

Yeah I feel splitting the playerbases might actually do wonders for both scenes honestly in the long term.

Rank matchmaking was not better than SBMM. It was easier if you put a decent amount of time into the game, because ranks did not correlate to skill and you were more likely to end up matched with people of lesser skill if you played a lot.
SBMM issues stem from devs focusing on keeping queue time down for streamers who have ton of hours and mastery into the game that the average player does not have.
