Xeno: Survivors have Mori hole in head when still alive

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When playing as Xenomorph, as the game progresses, survivors begin having the hole in their head as if they've been mori'd.
PLATFORM: PS5 and PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Load into Halloween event (unsure if it's event specific) playing as the Xenomorph. Naturally progress the game. Seems to happen late stage in game after a survivor has been hooked at least once. To clarify, did NOT bring any mori offering.
