8.7.2 Bugfix Patch says a specific abandon option counts as a loss, but this is false

The above post included games where survivors abandoned the match while all remaining Survivors are in the Dying state.
That is the official dev response.
Here are the 8.7.2 Bugfix Patch notes, that say the abandon button is supposed to count as a loss if the survivor uses it while all remaining survivors are in the dying state. However, this is currently not happening, because the abandon button is always causing the match to not be tracked.
