Ghoul and survivor locked in place after grab-attack

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Nea falling of balcony and I grabbed her. The grab-attack didnt go through and both me and her got stuck. She was able to spin and crouch but I couldnt move anything. She was also able to be healed. I was still able to be blinded by a flashlight.
