Off The Record cancels unhook endurance

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was unhooked while running OTR and the 20 seconds of endurance that I get by default were cancelled when the last generator popped. I know the perk is supposed to deactivate at endgame but because of it I only got 7 seconds of endurance and died because I didn't think that would happen.
