Ring of Blood doesn't show in lobby animation

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I don't know if this is intentional or not. But, Sadako's (The Onryō) Bloody weapon (Prestige 4) does not show in the lobby animation when she uses her attack. It shows the default weapon version. From what I can tell, this isn't the case for her other skins.
PLATFORM: PC, Steam
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: Got Sadako to P4, equipped her bloody weapon, her lobby animation where she uses her weapon played, it was still Ring of Fury and not ring of blood that played.
