Stuck Inside Corner and Wall On RPD West Wing Map

First hook glitched out and I was shoved back into the corner and wall of one of the rooms on the RPD West Wing map.
Step by step summary:
I went to go unhook Nancy in the Records Room and then I go down and am placed on the same hook. The game lag spiked a few seconds later (or just glitched out) and I was pushed back into the corner where the hook was and then pushed into the wall. Just behind that same hook. Nancy was able to unhook me but my character was still stuck in the wall and in the corner even when off the hook. I could move my camera and my character and crouch, but I was stuck in place. I couldn’t walk and run at all. I could stand and turn around and spin in circles, even when in the dying state I could spin and turn around and recover. That was how I spent the rest of the match until I was later bled out because Xenomorph was able to hit me with his tail but that was all he could do.
