Could we revert monitor, or at least buff it to compensate for the arbitrary nerf?
Monitor And Abuse is in no way a meta perk, it already saw very little use before the changes to its behavior, and now its mostly useless on most killers.
Why not revert the changes? Or at least buff the reduction from 25% to 33%, so that instead of being 8 meters of reduction for 32m killers, it turns into 8 meters for 24m killers, making it like it used to be for killers the likes of hag, whilst making it an actually interesting use of a perk slot on killers with larger terror radii.

Also, nerfing the increase it gave (was 8 meters, now is 15%) was nonsense too.

Monitor needed a buff and not a nerf. It happens far too often that things get unnecessarily nerfed.

Absolutely, and its a shame since its such an interesting perk. I would personally love something like a 33% reduction so that it is an actually noticeable effect independent of which killer you're using, instead of being the old static 8 meters that were only ever thrown on Myers.

It's worth noting, even the PTB's gutted Furtive Chase has better potential than this version of monitor… eugh.

Monitor & Abuse was perfectly fine as it was. BHVR literally changes things that aren't broken. Of all the perks that are in desperate need of changes like Insidious or Territorial Imperative, what put Monitor & Abuse higher on that priority list? Did Eric Pope lose against a 4m TR Ghost Face and said "Yeah this is OP we need to nerf it"?
At least the new Furtive Chase (assuming the changes go through) can be combo'd with current Monitor & Abuse to recreate that, but needing to spend half my build to do that when one perk was enough is honestly stupid.

Perks like Insidious never getting an effect actually useful outside of camping, Furtive Chase being gutted.. but they go and nerf M&A.
