2 v 8 Mastermind Stuck After Using Bound

While playing in the Mount Ormond Resort in 2 v 8, I, playing the Mastermind, used my Bound and slammed a survivors into my teammate, the Dark Lord. The survivor and I were then both unable to move, be blinded, attacked, and stuck in the same spot for the rest of the match. After the entire match concluded and the end game collapse timer ended, the survivor didn't die by the entity and the game did not end. The survivor ended up abandoning and only then was I allowed to exit the match without a penalty.
