The red stain should not be visible outside of TR or chase

Exactly what the title suggests, the red stain's intensity should be a per player thing, where it's more visible the more under the effect of the terror radius you are. Same for the chase effect. The more heartbeat, the more visible it is.

It's weird to look 40 meters away and see a hag with a red beam of light in front of her, and the fact that it's a weird beacon just giving up your position to a survivor that wouldn't otherwise see you is kind of wacky.
