No HUD on left side, no visible skill checks

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: 2v8 no hud, couldn't see skill checks. was only able to see perks and generator/recovery/healing progress bar
PLATFORM: steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: started once the match started, didn't show menu even at end game chat. had to exit out of dbd
