survivor couldnt be saved from cage in 2v8

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: a survivor was caged and it spawned next to me while i was opening the gate, but she was idle in place, there was no cage and i couldnt save her cause no prompt was shown when i approached.
PLATFORM: steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1 - a gate was being opened while a survivor was sent to a cage. 2 - the survivor spawned near the gate, there was not a cage and she was just standing in injured state with no way to be rescued.
VIDEO: the recording crashed right when the bug happened, i only have the unrelated before and after footage and the preview screenshots (a trophy was unlocked right after i left)
