WESKER NO TERROR RADIUS OR RED STAIN

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I've played several 2v8 matches, and it seems that Wesker is concerning. He's running around the map with no terror radius or red stain the entire match. Not only are they not running "Shadow" nor is the teammate.
