SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Medkits and Toolboxes decided to just attach themselves visibly right under Wesker's Med-Spray as seen in the screenshots below.
PLATFORM:
PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Equip a Med-Spray and a Medkit or Toolbox and run around, as it magically attaches it on the Med-Spray.
