Please fix the broken Tome challenges

Especially now that Tome challenges are no longer a thing of the future (since Quests replaced them), please fix the bugged Tome challenges. I've done the Devotion to the Unseen challenge from Tome 7 Forsaken Tier 1 several times now and it still has not popped. I've also seen plenty of other people talking about it, even from 4 years ago. I'm sure there are other Tome challenges like this as well, so please give some attention to it.
