Killers abilities not making sound when they should/ killers terror radius not working as it should

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: playing against a plague, her vomit could not be heard. playing against a billy, his chainsaw could not be heard. he did not have the apex muffler. Also their hit sounds couldn't be heard either

PLATFORM: PC, Steam

    I had the same problem today when I played against Blight. After a restart, the problem was gone.

    I put a report through on here a few days ago about this exact issue - for me it seems to fix itself temporarily if I click match details which is so weird
