I like the new bug reporting on beta-hub
Just wanted to put feedback that I like the change
Betahub allows mp4 file uploads 😍
I also find the layout much more easier to use!

Yeah I just want confirmation of what to do with the old reports. Do we move ours to the betahub or is there some other way they are going to go through the old ones
It also shows that devs are there and see the reports and we can now get progress info of what bugs are being fixed.

I assume all bugs reported before they closed off posting new ones on here will be looked at but any new ones go on betahub otherwise I feel like they would of announced it.

I'm glad you like it and find it easy to use.
you do not need to remake any reports as the ones from the forum previously are all logged on our side.

Good to know. The new site seems good for letting people know what bugs have been fixed or are being fixed hopefully it does its job. I think for most people it has been the not real way of seeing if anything is done for the bugs reported.

While we expect formal announcements in the future, is it possible to submit bug reports for non-English languages on BetaHub? Currently, there are pages available for bug reporting in languages other than English - will these remain accessible?

For now its English only (same as the forums bug reporting section).

The only problem i have is that you need to share your cloud ID. Was gonna report a bug a couple days ago but cloud id is a requirement and i couldn't be bothered to open the game for it. And i don't have it written down anywhere because that's not secure apparently.

Yeah the id is so we can pull the logs on our end from the server and an Id is so useful for us to do that with.

Hey! As mentioned in the post, bug reports in other languages will be handled as usual. For now, BetaHub only supports English.
