What anime chapter do y’all want next?
Im asking this because of the obvious success of the Tokyo Ghoul chapter, and also because I don’t watch much anime. The most I’ve watched was one season of MHA, Dragon Ball, and all of JoJo’s so my options are definitely limited. So I’m asking people that have actually watched more than two franchises.

Good Picks could be: Demon Slayer. Jujutsu Kaisen. Shiki. Shadow's House. Madoka Magica (although because its Psych Horror Magical Girl show it may be difficult due to age limitations).
Can we count Coraline since it is animated?

it’s not an anime but if you want mention it, go right ahead.

Hopefully just something actually horror or horror-inspired.

Elfen Lied

I think anime don´t belong to dbd.
4 -
i just think its funny, if u asked this same question on the japanese dbd forms they would give more than just japanese animated shows
2 -
Chainsaw Man, Elfen lied, Deadman wonderland, Hellsing, Devilman

yoshikage kira from jojo, dudes a serial killer who would be an incredible trap set up type I feel like imagine they turn a pallet, window or generator into a bomb.
1 -
I would happily take either him or Dio as killer

Highschool of the dead, elfen lied, future diary, hellsing ultimate, blood-c, parasite, death note, akame ga kill, umaru chan, triage-x, senran kagura, vampire bund, heaven's lost property, highschool dxd, monster musume, blazblue, taimanin asagi, hellknight ingrid, kuroinu kedakaki seijo wa hakudaku ni somaru

I’m not an anime guy and I don’t really watch any so I can’t name characters, but…
If they do another anime license, PLEASE make it horror or horror adjacent. That is all.

Out of interest, how would you imagine Death Note? The main villain never directly chases his victims, as far as I can remember. His interactions are also exclusively straight-up kills, so the whole ‘put them on a hook’ thing becomes difficult.
Maybe a Shinigami? But I also don’t remember them directly attacking someone with their own hands, though

Only if Dio's mori is the ROADOROLLER DA!

Most likely just cosmetics. Main guy and L (i hope thats his name havent seen thr show in a while) could even just be survivors, he just doesn't have his death note with him lol. Kinda like what they did for nyight of the living cats. Only the legendaries being for survivors or something

I’m surprised of the amount of people that want a Elfen lied chapter, I never even heard about this anime up until now.

I even have a tattoo of most of the ones i mentioned including elfen lied. It was pretty well known

Elfen Lied and Hellsing spring to mind pretty easily.
Lucy may look like a cutesy anime catgirl but
- Those are horns, not ears,
- She is a genuinely cruel, depraved, misanthropic sociopath who's only kept in check by her affection for Kouta (and also one of her alters, Nyu), and
- Her weapons of choice are a set of "2-meter long invisible arms" that she uses to slice people in half or rip them to pieces (this is literally how the show opens, and it is as graphic as you're imagining).
And Alucard's whole thing is that he is ABSOLUTELY a monster who fights "for" good in what is effectively a twisted game he plays with Integra, letting her know that all the blood he spills is on her hands. He would probably be the big villain (or at least an antagonist) in literally any other story if he wasn't busy fighting literal Nazi vampires (no, I'm not making that up, Hellsing Ultimate is kind of insane).
My #1 most wanted license is also an anime that I only threw in the towel and watched because it was on one of BHVR's license surveys, but you'd have to get to Mister Fantastic levels of stretch to call Fullmetal Alchemist even horror-adjacent. I think it can be done if you focus on the Homunculi like Wrath or Pride, or if you focus on the 2003 anime, but it's still a stretch that I only bring up because BHVR themselves have considered it.

OK I’m gonna be honest. I might actually watch Helsing now. Because that man is wearing a fit that drips so damn hard he’d need a coaster to stand on.
1 -
Elfen Lied directly inspired the creators of Stranger Things particularly the character of Eleven so it is a very well known series

Just a heads up, there are (as seems to be a thing with a lot of older manga-to-anime adaptations) two different Hellsing animes. When most people talk about it, they're talking about Ultimate, which was a more faithful adaptation of the original manga (as a result of, you know, actually having more than 3-4 episodes worth of material to work with for a 13-episode show).
The original's enjoyable enough for what it is, but Ultimate's the one everyone thinks about for a reason.
Oh, and Alucard's English voice actor is also our Dracula, which is pretty cool.

Would a survivor only Scooby-Doo chapter still count?
I don't really know of any horror theme anime.

i barely watch anime and i didnt even finish the one that im gonna recommend but i think monster has 3 good character choices
Nina, her brother as the killer, then the doctor as another survivor
The only problem is idk what power this guy would have
