Rework of previous item idea
I came up with a item for DBD a while ago, but i've reworked it to be more in depth and balanced. The idea is the item would be called a Tripod and the survivor can set them down around on the map, the survivor can only hold a max of 1 at a time, and takes 3 seconds to place, and a 5 second buffer after placed where it cannot blind the killer to prevent it going off instantly, only a max of 2 can be placed in a map and automatically breaks if in close proximity with another tripod, pallet, hook, or window, and whenever the killer walks past the front of it, the tripod would trigger by emmiting a quick 0.3 windup sound and then go off blinding the killer for 1.5 seconds and breaking itself, but if the killer is beside it or behind it, the tripod won't go off and the killer can break it by using the basic attacks on the item. I feel like it would be a very useful item, and i've also come up with some add-ons from common to rare:
Polished Reflector - blind lasts 0.25 seconds longer
Reinforced legs - takes 2 basic attacks to break
Motion calibration - Trigger cone becomes narrower but longer
Repair manual - once it breaks, you can salvage it one time with reduced blindness time
Military grade light - if the killer isn't looking at the tripod when it flashes, they still get blinded for a duration of 2 seconds
Flash array - after the tripod goes off, it creates a fake trail of scratch marks
What do you guys think?

This is complicated

If you want to see my origional idea just to see how exploitable it could be, and vague it was, then look here and say if you think I did improve it massively. https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/460778/what-if-dbd-had-a-new-item#latest

You're overcomplicating your presentation by getting way too into specific numbers before first clarifying the general idea.
Concept: Have an item that blinds the killer when they get near it.
I think this is basically like a flame turret, but it does blindness instead of slowdown/power loss, and it works against all the killers and doesn't autoaim.
Problems: Like lots of design ideas, different killers would be more or less susceptible to it - that's part of the issue with anything that tries to impact the killer instead of the survivors.
Overall: I don't think its a bad idea.
