2 V 8 OG Hook-Shifting Was Better
I liked it better when the hooks would shift immediately when the killer got here. I understand that some people, including me, would complain about how it sucked when you were about to die on the hook and it would move you all the way across the map when somebody tried to save you, but that can easily be resolved with hooks not moving if a survivor is really close. Killers will still be able to somewhat proxy camp and then attack converging survivors. I don’t see how it would negatively affect killers. I’m not a fan of how long it takes for the hook to move with the killer nearby.

for real though, finding hooks is too easy as a Pyramid player. Just walk up to survivors to kill them in the cage because nobody will make it to the new unhook. too easy to game.

This is part of why I say we need some form of Kindred in 2v8. Maybe just show Survivors who are within 36-48 meters of the cage. That way, someone will know to stay away in case the cage respawns elsewhere on the map.

I like that Idea. I have noticed that camping cages has become more common, so I am definitely supportive of more information.
