I don't think I've seen a single Richter since the day he released months back. He was a highly anticipated character that absolutely no one wants to play because of how atrocious he looks! Please PLEASE revisit him and make him look like the source material, I wouldn't even buy him at half price at current. Not to mention his hair/headband is completely out of sync with his animations and the fabric is stiff as a board.

No, he's talking about the new skin. Also, it's never too late to complain about something especially in this game.
