Ghost Face Gameplay Suggestion: Adding a Tactical Dash

Hi everyone! As a Ghost Face fan, I feel he lacks a bit of "human" agility in chases. In the Scream movies, he is known for sudden, aggressive lunges and occasionally being a bit clumsy. I’d like to suggest adding a "Shift-ability" (Dash) with two possible balance options:

The Core Concept: "Reckless Lunge"

Ghost Face can press the Shift key to perform a short, high-speed dash forward to close the gap at loops or windows.

Option A: The Strategic Approach

Cooldown: 50 seconds.

Logic: A long cooldown ensures the dash is a rare tactical tool, used only when it truly matters. No penalty for missing, but you have to wait a long time to use it again.

Option B: The "High Risk / High Reward" Approach (Movie Accurate)

Success: If you hit a survivor, the cooldown is only 20 seconds.

Failure: If you miss, Ghost Face performs a "stumble" or "fall" animation (like a short fatigue/stun).

Logic: This is 100% cano

I don't think people would be happy with Chucky 3, Myers was already controversial as it is.

Maybe make him unique by having 2 ghostfaces you can place on different sides of the map as a reference to the first film, so he can play uniquely by switching between them, maybe the idle one can stalk automatically while the other is being controlled. Letting him move between different sections of the map, but not mobility related.

That said some haste on night sroud would be great, like in 2v8.

I think some kinda ambush dash or extended lunge while he's stealth would help him or going after a marked survivor be beneficial to him

If they made Drop-leg Knife Sheath basekit and a mini coup token, we could make him fun and as close to Scream Ghosty as possible without giving another killer a dash

  • While we're at it, may as well give him a basekit mori when a survivor has 2 stages.
